Latour Design and Development (LDD) has been in construction business of South Florida for nearly 8 years. Founder and president, Daniel Latour, is a native Parisian with a love for the elegance and perfection. Inspired by Florida’s beauty and lifestyle Daniel gathered his management experience and construction knowledge and built a company. Throughout years Latour Design and Development has grown to a full service firm and is well-known for its experience in buildout and renovations of luxury residential and commercial properties.
With every day’s high demands of the market Daniel Latour’s strategy of quality work and cost efficiency lead him to the level of excellence, project finishes and client’s satisfaction. Rapid working atmosphere yet skillful management style combined with areful planning bring the project progress to its best functionality.
